We will be happy to provide you with a quote. You will generally receive our price quote within 24 hours. If you require it even sooner than that, please let us know when placing your inquiry.

To request a quote, simply send an e-mail to sales@tectranslate.de containing the following information:

• your contact data
• language(s) into which your text should be translated
• notes, such as your preferred deadline for the translation and/or details on how the files should be handled
• the files to be translated as an attachment (in their original format, if at all possible, i.e. not as PDF).
  

And that's all! We look forward to hearing from you. Naturally you can send us the files as a CD or DVD via postal mail as well (address on the contact page), or we can set up the data transfer via FTP.

A few additional notes:

For large files, we would recommend that you use a file compression program, such as WinZIP or WinRAR.

To help us work out your quote precisely, we request that whenever possible you avoid sending us a PDF file. Instead, please send the original file with which your author worked. We can handle many different formats in-house, thereby saving you the effort of copying and pasting text from the files or recopying the text from the finished translation.
